Goods Pricing & Delivery
If the price of goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, you will pay the price you paid for during your original transaction.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery on your order. As we are a busy business with only a few members of staff, we my take longer than the ‘big boys’ to deliver your goods. As such, please allow 7 working days for delivery to reach you. Please make sure the address provided is accurate, and you are careful to select the appropriate address for shipping and billing. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We aim to deliver within the quoted time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date has changed.
Returns Policy
We offer a replacement or refund if an item is returned within 7 days of receipt provided it arrives back to us as well packaged as it was when sent to you and in a re-saleable condition (unless there was a previously discussed fault/damage). Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.

Occasionally we run offers, promotions and sales online which adhere to the following guidelines.
- All offers are subject to availability
- Offers are not transferable or for publication online or offline
- All offers exclude delivery charges – this applies to both the spend threshold and the application of the overall discount

Although we do our best to protect your personal data once with us, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data sent to our site while still in transit and so you provide it at your own risk.

To process orders we use PayPal, which means your card details are kept private and not seen by us or stored on our server.

This means the PayPal website is secured with an Extended Validation SSL Certificate, which provides an additional level of protection for online shoppers.

If you received an email newsletter from The Little Herb Farm and do not wish to receive any more, you may use the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Liability
The total liability of The Little Herb Farm for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
If you have a valid claim, based on the poor condition or quality of your goods, and you return them within a reasonable time, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We endeavour to keep the website up-to-date, but retain the right to update product information without notice.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
